While finding the time and money to put toward your health and wellness can be difficult, I encourage you to make this a priority. No matter the dollar price, it may cost far more to not go to therapy when, for instance, the problem is affecting your wellbeing to the point that it affects your ability to sustain relationships that are important to you, to be a productive employee or student, or to manage depression or anxiety. The return on investment that psychotherapy and counseling can provide makes it well worth the effort and sacrifice.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Your counseling rate will vary based on the length of your counseling session and the type(s) of services you are receiving. Average rates range between $100 and $150 per session.
I accept several forms of payment including cash, check, debit/credit card, or Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Receipts available for health or flexible savings account reimbursement claims
If you are uninsured or have chosen not to use your insurance to pay for services through my office, you have the right to recieve a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Click here for more information.
I accept Aetna, United Healthcare, Tricare*, Oscar Health, and Oxford plans.
*I am a certified Tricare non-network provider. This means I can accept your insurance if you are covered by Tricare and not serving on active duty. As I am a certified non-network provider, please be aware that there is a possiblity you may have a small out-of-pocket deductible to meet before Tricare begins covering your services.
If you are not covered by these plans, I also offer courtesy out-of-network claim filing or can provide you with an invoice after each session, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement or to request that the session cost is applied to your yearly deductible.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) I am a credentialed provider for Health Advocate EAP and Wellspring EAP. Through these EAP programs, I am available to work with individuals for a predetermined number of sessions, at no cost to the client. If your employer has contracted EAP services with Health Advocate or Wellspring and you would like to receive counseling through my practice using your EAP benefits, you must first contact your EAP directly to obtain pre-authorization for counseling services. For more information about possible EAP benefits available to you, I encourage you to contact your employer’s Human Resources department.
Cancellation & “No Show” Policy
Missed and late canceled appointments (not due to an emergency or illness) will result in $50 fee. Missed and late canceled appointment fees are due before the start of the next scheduled appointment.
If you are a new client, once you schedule your appointment you will be emailed a link to register with my secure client portal, where you may complete your initial paperwork.
