Jack is dedicated to supporting clients of all ages, with a special focus on highly creative children, teens, and young adults. He helps clients navigate challenges related to self-esteem, identity, life transitions, ADHD, neurodivergence, family issues, and social struggles. Jack especially enjoys working with college-aged adults as they explore school, career, and personal growth.
With a casual, compassionate, and often humorous style, Jack creates a safe and collaborative environment where therapy feels approachable and real. His goal is to ensure clients feel understood, supported, and empowered as they work toward meaningful change.
As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (IMH 24995), Jack holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. His practice is supervised by Erin Reidy, LMHC, QS, a state-qualified supervisor, ensuring that he provides the highest-quality counseling services.
Therapeutic Approach
Jack’s approach is grounded in Humanistic therapy and emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. He integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and draws on elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, while also incorporating expressive arts interventions to help clients deepen their insight and connection—especially when words alone aren’t enough.
